Carfixd Automotive is a Louisville-based dispatch and coordination service built to help drivers move faster from breakdown to solution.
Carfixd Automotive is not just a simple directory or random referral service. It is a structured intake, review, and dispatch system designed to connect stranded drivers with the right local provider based on urgency, service type, and availability.
Our role is to help organize the first part of the emergency, collect the needed details, confirm the right dispatch path, and reduce wasted time before a provider is released.
Customers request help online or by phone. Carfixd reviews the request, confirms the service type needed, and determines whether a dispatch fee or service deposit applies based on the job. Once that step is completed, the appropriate mobile mechanic, roadside provider, or tow service is dispatched.
Important: Carfixd handles intake, coordination, and dispatch routing. A required dispatch fee or service deposit may apply depending on the job. Repair labor and parts are paid separately to the servicing technician or provider unless otherwise stated.
Vehicle problems are disruptive, urgent, and often made worse by poor communication, wasted trips, and unclear service expectations. Carfixd was built to create a cleaner path between the customer’s problem and the right local solution.

Carfixd works with local service providers including mobile mechanics, roadside assistance operators, and towing partners. Providers operate independently and handle their own labor, pricing, workmanship, tools, and service responsibilities.
