Important: Dispatch fees must be confirmed before technician assignment. Carfixd does not perform the mechanical labor itself.
Carfixd Automotive LLC operates as a marketing, scheduling, and dispatch coordination company. Mechanical services are performed by independent third-party technicians.
A dispatch deposit is required before technician assignment. This deposit covers intake review, routing, scheduling coordination, and administrative handling.
Dispatch deposits are refundable only if Carfixd is unable to assign a provider or cannot service the request. Once a technician is assigned or en route, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Payment confirms authorization for Carfixd to coordinate dispatch. Any dispute initiated after provider assignment may result in service restriction and further review.
All providers dispatched through Carfixd operate independently. Carfixd does not control the manner or method of repair performance.
Carfixd does not guarantee exact arrival times, repair outcomes, or final labor pricing. Conditions, traffic, weather, and provider workload can affect service timing.
Carfixd’s liability is limited to the amount of the dispatch deposit paid. Carfixd is not liable for vehicle damage, parts issues, labor disputes, or consequential losses.
By completing payment and proceeding with dispatch, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
