Important: Carfixd Automotive operates as a dispatch and coordination company. Mechanical labor, roadside work, towing activity, diagnostics, repair decisions, and on-site service are performed by independent providers, not by Carfixd Automotive unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Carfixd Automotive provides intake, screening, dispatch coordination, communication support, and routing assistance. Carfixd Automotive does not guarantee that a provider will always be available, that a provider will accept a request, or that any specific outcome will be achieved.

4. Dispatch Review and Provider Release

Submission of a request does not automatically create a service appointment or dispatch a provider. Requests are reviewed based on location, urgency, service type, and provider availability. A provider may be released only after Carfixd Automotive confirms the next step and, where applicable, receives the required dispatch fee or service deposit.

5. Dispatch Fees and Deposits

Carfixd Automotive may charge a dispatch fee, coordination fee, emergency priority fee, after-hours fee, diagnostic coordination fee, or service deposit depending on the nature of the request. These amounts cover intake processing, scheduling, dispatch coordination, routing, and service organization.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, dispatch-related fees paid to Carfixd Automotive are separate from repair labor, towing charges, parts, shop fees, diagnostic charges, or any additional service amounts charged by the independent provider.

Service providers routed through Carfixd Automotive are independent third parties. They operate their own businesses and remain responsible for their own labor, diagnosis, repair methods, parts selection, pricing, insurance, tools, equipment, conduct, and workmanship.

Carfixd Automotive does not guarantee provider acceptance, exact arrival time, repair completion, successful diagnosis, successful repair outcome, final pricing, tow completion, or availability under all circumstances. Service timing may be affected by traffic, weather, workload, part availability, provider location, customer responsiveness, and other operational factors.

9. Communications

By submitting a request or contacting Carfixd Automotive, you consent to receive communications related to your request, including phone calls, text messages, emails, or dispatch-related updates. These communications may include service review, provider coordination, payment instructions, scheduling, and follow-up.

10. Cancellations and No-Shows

If a customer cancels after coordination has begun, becomes unreachable, is not present, provides inaccurate information, or otherwise causes a wasted dispatch event, dispatch-related fees may remain non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable terms and law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carfixd Automotive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the website, submission of service requests, provider performance, provider conduct, repair outcomes, scheduling delays, or coordinated service activity.

Carfixd Automotive may assist with communication when issues arise, but the actual service provider remains responsible for the repair or on-site work performed. Disputes directly tied to labor, parts, diagnostic accuracy, or workmanship may need to be resolved with the independent provider who performed the service.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically as operations, policies, pricing structures, and legal requirements evolve. Continued use of the website or service coordination process after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
